Job summary

Arslan SRS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Security Officer to monitor access control, patrol premises, respond to incidents, and ensure safety and compliance with SOPs. The role emphasizes delivering high standards of customer service and maintaining accurate incident records.

Candidates must hold a PRD License with PWM Security Officer rank, RTT and OBSE certifications, and have frontline security or hospitality experience; well-groomed in full black attire; shift roster 6 days per week.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Officer.
• RTT and OBSE certified.
• Well-groomed with personal full black suit.
• Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control systems and ensure authorised entry into the premises.
• Conduct security patrols and inspections where required.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prepare occurrence reports and maintain accurate records of incidents.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with site SOPs and company policies.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
