Job summary

LF Logistics Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations at the Benoi Distribution Centre in Singapore. You will oversee access control, CCTV, screening and ensure compliance with Maersk standards, TAPA and C-TPAT, while managing contracted security personnel.

Responsibilities include incident management, vendor performance, audits, and risk management, plus coordinating VIP visits and events.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Valid PLRD Security Licence and Security Supervisor certification.
• Familiarity with CCTV and electronic security systems.
• Experience with audits, investigations, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs and security compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site security operations and command centre activities.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, screening, and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors on priorities and incident reviews.
• Manage security arrangements for VIP visits and events.
• Drive continuous improvement of security SOPs and training.
