Job summary

Maersk is recruiting a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at the Distribution Centre in Singapore. You will manage on‑site security staff, coordinate CCTV and access controls, and ensure compliance with Maersk Global Security standards and industry regulations.

You will also oversee incident response, audits, and coordination with vendors for continuous security improvements, including training and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in security operations supervision within logistics/warehousing.
• Valid PLRD Security Licence and Security Supervisory certification.
• WSQ PWM Security Supervisor modules preferred.
• Strong CCTV and electronic security system proficiency.
• Knowledge of TAPA FSR/TSR, CTPAT, and local regulations is a plus.
• Able to lead multi‑shift teams and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day security operations at the Distribution Centre.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, screening and physical security systems.
• Manage vendor performance and manpower deployment for shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Maersk Global Security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct initial incident response, investigations and reporting.
• Maintain audit readiness and documentation for compliance
• Coordinate VIP visits and high‑traffic operations with security vendors.
• Drive security improvements using technology and training initiatives.
