Job summary

LF Logistics Services Pte. Ltd. Singapore invites applications for a Security Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations at the Distribution Centre, ensuring a safe, compliant environment for people, assets and cargo.

You're responsible for supervising contracted security personnel, managing the command centre, and upholding Maersk Global Security standards, with emphasis on incident response, audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of supervisory experience in security operations within a logistics, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• PLRD Security Licence and Security Supervisory certification are required or preferred.
• WSQ modules aligned to the PWM Security Supervisor track (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in CCTV operations, electronic security systems, and command-centre monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of TAPA FSR/TSR, CTPAT, and local regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to lead multi-shift teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in audits, investigations, and vendor management.
• Experience implementing security improvements using technology and cost-optimisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site security operations at the Distribution Centre.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and security systems; ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate and validate security manpower deployment for full shift coverage.
• Oversee incident management; conduct investigations and compile reports.
• Ensure compliance with Maersk Global Security Standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Plan security for VIP visits, events, and high-traffic periods with vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOPs and security processes.
