Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Security Systems Specialist to support SGH Security Department with the implementation of systems and technology on SGH Campus, aligned to security policies and procedures. You will coordinate physical security operations, test and audit vendor performance, and partner with SGH Campus teams to ensure compliance and operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant security systems experience beneficial.
• Experience in physical security, security systems/technology and investigations.
• Prior uniformed service in Home Team/SAF is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Team player able to work independently and proficient in MS Office and team-based mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Understand and serve as SME for security matters.
• Provide support to SGH Campus stakeholders on security matters.
• Communicate policies and procedures to partner teams.
• Conduct inspections, audits and reviews for SGH Security standards.
• Participate in regular vendor meetings to ensure operational consistency.
• Assess vendor compliance and track service deliverables.
• Troubleshoot security systems and technology with vendors.
