Qualifications

• Exposure to sourcing and procurement processes with understanding of governance and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across departments and overseas stations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a physical security and access control policy for Singapore and overseas stations.
• Oversee vendors delivering guard force services and security systems; manage staff IDs, passes, and temporary access.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate premises security requirements.
• Support operational security during irregular hours as needed.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities in line with governance standards.
• Drive security projects with risk assessment, budgeting, and timelines.
• Be ready for deployment at events requiring security coverage.
• Oversee project implementation, including invoice verification and compliance.
