Job summary

SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a dynamic Security Services professional to plan and develop security operations, policies, and programmes for a safe hospital environment. You will coordinate CCTV, carpark monitoring, incident reporting, access control and stakeholder engagement, while supporting ORAT and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen security governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Minimum two years in supervisory/management with planning and operations in security.
• Healthcare environment experience is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of common office software.
• Knowledge of design thinking, change management, project management, strategic planning, systems testing and implementation, technology adoption and process methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in a fluid, multi-generational environment.
• Teamplayer with strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security operations, workflows, policies and procedures, SOPs, contingency plans and communications protocols.
• Oversee integration of technology-enabled security solutions and ensure readiness of CCTV and carpark monitoring systems.
• Coordinate security systems monitoring, maintenance, incident reporting and investigations.
• Manage carpark operations, access control, visitor management and stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives.
• Lead and develop security staff, support ORAT efforts and collaborate across departments to build integrated security operations.
