GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Officer to manage daily security duties and assist patients and visitors with a professional approach. Responsibilities include executing deployment, monitoring CCTV footage, and coordinating transport services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of security operations experience and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in security operations is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight), including weekends & PH.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily deployment duties across assigned security duty points
• Greet and assist patients and visitors at entrances with a professional and courteous approach
• Support vehicle operations by opening/closing doors and managing front lobby flow
• Provide assistance with wheelchairs, trolleys, and general wayfinding needs
• Coordinate taxi services, portering, and patient transport support
• Manage traffic flow within roads and carpark areas to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support car park operations, including access and operational matters
• Administer key control, card access systems, and contractor passes
• Monitor and review CCTV footage and maintain accurate incident records
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, evacuations)
• Handle security situations such as violent behaviour, crowd control, and crisis response
• Conduct regular internal and external foot patrols
• Assist supervisors in deployment and operations when assigned as 2nd IC
• Provide security support during ad-hoc events such as VIP visits or emergencies
