Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the data centre.

• Identify and report gaps in client security design or SOPs.
• Assist with hiring and selecting security staff.
• Maintain integrity and compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Develop site-specific data centre SOPs and ensure procedures are followed.
• Address any security gaps promptly.
• Configure changes in security systems (Genetec).
• Handle immediate customer issues as first point of contact.

I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

You are required to perform your duties in strict accordance with the company's instructions and PWM guidelines. You are also required to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by the company's client at the assigned location. You should refer any unreasonable instructions or disagreements with the client to the company immediately. The company will take up such matters with the client on your behalf. Under no circumstances should you enter into any disputes with the client.

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary function is to perform the undermentioned tasks as outlined. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform day shift duty to provide security coverage involving the following key activities:

• Oversee and manage daily security operations at the data centre
• Ensure compliance with relevant client and security policies, procedure and work instructions
• Liaise, report and build relationship with client security management team and key stakeholders
• Manage the conduct, administration, training and compliance requirements of security personnel
• Identify and report gaps and shortfalls in client security design or concept to client security management team
• In conjunction with client security management, assist with hiring and selecting new security staff
• Act with the utmost integrity at all times, in compliance with all relevant laws, policies and guidelines
• Develop site specific data centre security operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure the required security processess are being followed accordingly
• Address any gaps in security process
• Configure changes in the security systems (i.e. Genetec)
• Dealing with immediate customers issues as the first point of call
• Any other adhoc duties assisgned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The incumbent should possess: -

1. A valid security license and certified trained of the above stated grade by PLRD

2. Healthy and medically fit for security work, in proper uniform with a neat appearance, good attitude, good

attendance, teamwork (example: detailed, well-organized and independent ability)

3. Able to read, write and speak in English

4. Computer literate

5. Other qualifications and competencies which are required for specific assignments
