Qualifications

• A valid security license and PLRD-validated training.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Good attendance, teamwork and independent work.
• Computer-literate and alert to security tech.
• Additional qualifications for specific assignments may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the data centre.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with client security management and stakeholders.
• Manage training and compliance of security personnel.
• Identify and report gaps in client security design or SOPs.
• Assist with hiring and selecting security staff.
• Maintain integrity and compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Develop site-specific data centre SOPs and ensure procedures are followed.
• Address any security gaps promptly.
• Configure changes in security systems (Genetec).
• Handle immediate customer issues as first point of contact.
