Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience supervising security operations.
• 10+ years of relevant experience supervising security operations (Diploma route).
• Strong knowledge of physical security planning and security operations.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IDS and their integration.
• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security executives, technicians, and outsourced security service providers to ensure smooth daily security operations.

• Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop, implement, and review security strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and security service providers to support daily operations, events, and ad-hoc security requirements.
• Develop and implement security awareness programmes and internal communication initiatives.
• Review and update security policies, SOPs, deployment plans, and security processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Manage and improve the Security Management System (SMS).
• Attend regular meetings, prepare meeting minutes, reports, and security performance statistics.
• Ensure all security-related documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
