Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (S) is seeking an IT Security Governance & Assurance Analyst to join the GRC team within BCS. You will drive cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring in a highly regulated payments environment.

You will work under the Security GRC Lead, developing security policies, monitoring regulatory requirements (MAS TRMG, Cyber Hygiene, and related guidelines), and coordinating with stakeholders to manage risks and continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, Info Sec, or related field.
• At least 3 years in security governance, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services.
• Familiar with MAS TRMG, MAS Cyber Hygiene, and MAS guidelines.
• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and standards aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MAS TRMG, CCoP.
• Assist internal audits and security assessments to identify gaps and recommend actions.
• Support third-party risk assessments and vendor security compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
• Maintain a security risk register and track risk treatment progress.
• Monitor emerging threats and implement proactive risk management.
• Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning related to security risks.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
• Promote security culture among stakeholders.
