Job summary

NETS is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Security Governance and Assurance (SGA) function within BCS, NETS’ security arm, overseeing cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, audits and compliance monitoring for the Singapore payments platform.

You will design policies, manage a team of GRC specialists, coordinate audits, and report to the CISO, ensuring robust controls across the hybrid cloud environment and evolving regulatory requirements such as MAS notices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, CE, InfoSec or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT governance, risk, or compliance management.
• Financial services or payment systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and update cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Recruit, train, and retain security governance, risk and compliance specialists.
• Identify and implement automation to optimise security monitoring and risk management.
• Assist the CISO with budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
