Job summary

NETS, a leading payments services group in Singapore, seeks a Compliance role to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across the organisation. The role acts as the compliance advisor for multiple departments, guiding business decisions to mitigate risk while supporting company objectives.

Responsibilities include drafting policies, performing compliance testing, conducting training, and delivering monthly reports to senior management and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and apply sound ethical judgment regarding business practices and conduct.
• Work with business units to identify and manage regulatory risk including incident reporting to the authority.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, considering the company’s reputation and stakeholders’ interests.
• Draft and implement organizational policies, standards and procedures to comply with regulations.
• Develop, implement, and execute compliance testing, assurance, and reporting of reviews.
• Conduct training to improve awareness of control requirements stated in IT standards or industry practices.
• Manage regulatory requests, prepare responses and inform senior management of significant compliance matters.
• Manage monthly compliance reporting to Senior Management and Board.
• Drive adhoc regulatory projects with stakeholders for successful implementation.
