Job summary

NETS seeks an experienced information security professional to lead policy development, risk assessment, and governance across the organization in Singapore. You will enforce IS policies, coordinate remediation from audit findings, and liaise with regulators while promoting continuous process improvements in cyber risk management.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement security controls, monitor metrics (KRI), and ensure compliance with ISO27000, NIST, Cyber Hygiene

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with at least 8 years of information security experience.
• Experience developing security policies and risk assessments.
• Experience implementing security metrics programs (KRI) and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ISO27000, NIST frameworks and cybersecurity regulations (Cyber Hygiene, PDPA).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce IS policies, processes and procedures.
• Execute policies to facilitate IT and cyber risk control from audits and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and implement cyber risk process improvements.
• Reference regulator notices and guidelines to assess risk and close gaps.
• Prepare data for risk analysis and reporting; support audits and inspections.
