Job summary

The Palawan @ Sentosa is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team. You will support the Security Manager in 24/7 security and fire-safety operations, supervise security officers, and safeguard guests, attractions, and property.

You will oversee both in-house and outsourced guards, implement security measures, monitor risks, respond to incidents, and collaborate with Maintenance to keep facilities compliant and well-maintained.

Job Summary

As a Security Supervisor, you will support the Security Manager in managing 24/7 security and fire-safety operations, supervise security officers, and ensure the safety and protection of guests, attractions, and property.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in overseeing round-the-clock security and fire-safety operations to maintain a safe environment
• Supervise in-house/ outsourced security officers to ensure adherence to security protocols and effective team performance
• Implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect attractions and guest properties from loss, damage, and accidents
• Monitor and safeguard guests by proactively identifying and mitigating security risks
• Respond to and manage security incidents professionally and promptly to minimize impact
• Prepare clear and accurate incident and security reports to support operational review and compliance
• Work closely with Maintenance in ensuring the facilities management are well maintained

Requirements

• Experience working in the Attractions industry to understand specific security challenges and guest expectations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple security tasks and documentation
• Professional discretion in handling sensitive information with integrity and ethical standards
