Prosegur Singapore is seeking a Security Executive to oversee all security operations within a designated bank environment. The role demands proactive risk management, attention to detail, and implementation of robust security protocols to protect assets, personnel and sensitive information.

You will lead security teams, manage access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of security management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems: access control, CCTV, alarms.
• Experience leading security teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications in security management (CPP, PSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Develop, implement, and manage security strategies and procedures aligned with bank requirements.

Job Summary

The Security Executive (SE) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within a designated bank environment. This role demands a proactive approach to risk management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to implement and enforce robust security protocols. The Security Executive will play a critical role in safeguarding assets, personnel, and sensitive information, ensuring a secure and compliant operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies and procedures aligned with the specific requirements of a bank environment.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Access Control: Oversee and manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry to sensitive areas.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Supervise the use of CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor activities, detect potential threats, and respond to incidents.
• Incident Response: Develop and lead the response to security breaches, emergencies, and other critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption and swift resolution.

• Strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Experience in managing and leading security teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• A relevant degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is advantageous.
