Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a Security Executive to oversee security operations within a designated bank environment. The role emphasizes risk management, proactive vigilance, and enforcing robust security protocols to safeguard assets and information.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in security management, with experience in access control, CCTV, incident response, policy development, and regulatory compliance. A related degree (CPP/PSP a plus) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security management in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms).

Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Develop and manage security strategies for bank environments.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify vulnerabilities and implement controls.
• Access Control: Oversee access systems and ensure authorized entry.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Supervise CCTV and other surveillance.
• Incident Response: Lead responses to breaches and emergencies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise security personnel and provide training.
• Policy Development and Enforcement: Contribute to security policies and compliance.
• Liaison and Communication: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and authorities.
• Security Awareness Training: Deliver staff training on security.
