Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a Security Executive to oversee all security operations within a designated bank environment. The role demands proactive risk management, attention to detail, and implementation of robust security protocols to protect assets, personnel and sensitive information.

You will lead security teams, manage access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of security management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems: access control, CCTV, alarms.
• Experience leading security teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications in security management (CPP, PSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Develop, implement, and manage security strategies and procedures aligned with bank requirements.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Access Control: Oversee access control systems for authorized entry to sensitive areas.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Supervise CCTV and other surveillance systems.
• Incident Response: Develop and lead response to security breaches and emergencies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise security personnel and provide training and feedback.
• Policy Development and Enforcement: Contribute to security policies and regulatory compliance.
• Liaison and Communication: Act as primary contact for security matters with stakeholders and authorities.
• Security Awareness Training: Deliver training programs for staff.
• Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Audit and Compliance: Participate in security audits and regulatory adherence.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate security technologies to enhance posture.
• Reporting: Prepare security reports for senior management.
