Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Security/Networking professional to support post-sales and oversee implementation projects. You will work under the Security Solution Manager and handle level 1–2 support for security issues in customer environments.

The role involves liaising with TAC, evaluating new technologies in networking security, supporting POC activities, and building deep product knowledge in security products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of networking or security experience.
• Must have at least one security product certification (e.g., JNCIA, CCSA, ICSP).
• Familiarity with Firewall/VPN, SSL, Content Filtering; willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 post-sales support on security issues.
• Liaise with vendor TAC to resolve technical issues.
• Engage in POC activities and support Security Solution Manager.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge on focused Security Products (Training provided).
