THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT professional to maintain, troubleshoot and support cybersecurity infrastructure across client sites in Singapore.

This hands-on engineering role operates on a 12-month contract with renewal potential, standard office hours, and a 24/7 standby rotation. Travel to client offices in Singapore is required. You will support cybersecurity hardware, software and security platforms, handle incidents, and assist with backup and documentation while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network, Security or Maintenance Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, switches, routers & firewalls).
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Familiar with endpoint security or cybersecurity solutions.
• Willing to travel to client sites across Singapore and participate in a 24/7 standby rotation.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.

YOUR NEW JOB

You'll maintain, troubleshoot & support cybersecurity infrastructure, helping keep systems secure, stable & available. This is a hands-on engineering role with occasional travel to client sites
Join a large technology services provider supporting cybersecurity systems across multiple client sites.
This is a 12month contract role that is renewable.
Work is Mon - Fri Office hours, with 24/7 standby rotation.
Will be be based mainly in Jurong East, but will require travelling to client offices.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Maintain & support cybersecurity hardware, software & security platforms

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network, Security or Maintenance Engineering
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, switches, routers & firewalls)
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux environments
• Familiar with endpoint security or cybersecurity solutions
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Able to travel to client sites across Singapore
• Comfortable participating in a 24/7 standby rotation
• Able to obtain the required security clearance
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Experience supporting cybersecurity applications
• Experience with SIEM or log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elastic or Syslog
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle & preventive maintenance
• Experience as a Network Engineer, Network Security Engineer, Security Engineer or Cybersecurity Engineer
