Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security maintenance or IT security operations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead a team of engineers to fulfil Day 1 and Day 2 functions.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls, antivirus software, and IDS/IPS.
• Incident Response Support: Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents with first-level troubleshooting and documentation.
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management to keep systems secure.
• Security Audits: Gather and prepare logs/reports to support audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, network engineers, and stakeholders to implement security measures.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on security procedures and the overall cybersecurity posture.

JobDescription:

• Cybersecurity System Maintenance

Regularly monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls,antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)

• Incident Response Support

Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to securityincidents, providing first-level troubleshooting and documentation

Liaise with technologyvendors for escalation where required

• Vulnerability Management

Conduct regular vulnerabilityassessments and patch management to ensure systems remain secure

Security Audits

Support security audits bygathering and preparing necessary logs and reports. Ensure compliance withsecurity best practices and regulatory standards

• Collaboration
