Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead solution formulation, due diligence and end-to-end delivery across security architecture, infrastructure and risk functions. You will drive workshops, translate objectives into detailed requirements, and challenge designs to ensure scalable, secure and compliant outcomes.

You will own governance processes, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and manage budgets and approvals to successful closure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary workshops with security, architecture, engineering and risk teams.
• Ability translate business objectives into functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Translate objectives into requirements covering security, resilience, data protection and regulatory needs.
• Critically review proposed architectures, data flows and deployment models.
• Drive decisions to closure with clear owners, evidence and endorsements.
• Govern feasibility studies, PoCs and technical evaluations with measurable success criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to steady-state operations.
• Manage governance, budgeting and approvals, ensuring audit traceability.
