Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme/Project Manager to lead end-to-end cybersecurity delivery for complex banking initiatives. You will run discovery workshops, translate objectives into actionable requirements and drive architecture reviews with security, infrastructure and vendor teams.

The role requires 8+ years in technology delivery, deep governance, experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and hands-on knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of programme or project management experience within technology delivery or PMO environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including evaluation, design, build, testing, deployment and operation.
• Sufficient technical depth to understand cybersecurity architecture and engage with subject-matter experts.
• Experience managing RFI, RFP or RFQ processes from requirements to contract finalisation.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and professional services engagements.
• Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, risk/issue management, change control and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business and security objectives into clear functional, technical, operational and non-functional requirements.
• Review proposed architectures, data flows, interfaces and security controls.
• Drive technical decisions to closure with clear rationale and ownership.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Maintain integrated project plans covering delivery, readiness and handover.
• Manage milestones, risks, issues and vendor accountability for contracted deliverables.
• Ensure testing covers functional, integration, performance and security aspects.
