Job summary

MINDTECK SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an IT infrastructure and security specialist to deliver and implement security products across enterprise environments in Singapore. You will configure, test, and maintain security devices, manage risk and vulnerability assessments, and handle escalations, incidents, and outages while ensuring operations meet service levels and align with client policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/CE/IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of IT infrastructure experience implementing and managing complex IT systems.
• CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CCSK certification or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and tools - PAM, DAM, SIEM, Endpoint security, and VA scanners.
• Familiar with IM8 policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement security products across infrastructure and systems.
• Configure, test and provide maintenance support for security devices.
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Assessments.
• Serve as the technical support expert handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
• Operate, manage and support IT infrastructure and services to meet prescribed service levels.
• Ensure project implementation and operations align to client technology standards and policies.
