Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to guide and grow a technical security team in Singapore. You will oversee engagement delivery, resource planning, and adherence to security governance, ensuring client commitments are met with high-quality results.

You will drive capability development, manage stakeholder expectations, and promote AI-enabled delivery while maintaining rigorous quality, risk, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical delivery teams and coaching members.
• Practical understanding of vulnerability assessment and pen-testing.
• Experience managing multiple projects with resource and risk planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop team capabilities through training and mentoring.
• Understanding of AI and automation in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to meet objectives.
