Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep DevSecOps expertise to lead delivery of security initiatives in enterprise cybersecurity engineering for financial services environments.

The role requires managing Secure SDLC across multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering secure pipelines on time and within budget, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on design, coding, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in relevant roles; 3+ years in PM.
• Hands-on Secure SDLC, CI/CD tooling, and security gates.
• Experience with containers, orchestration and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Secure SDLC and security gates.
• Define scope, objectives, tasks, and resources across workstreams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and procurement.
• Govern risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide status updates with dashboards and executive summaries.
