About The Role

Our Securities Settlement team is seeking a professional who will collaborate with Trading Desks, internal teams, and market participants to mitigate risks associated with post-trade processing and contribute to business enablement.

Role And Responsibilities

• Ensure timely transaction settlement and delivery while maintaining operational controls to mitigate risks.
• Conduct high-volume, daily communication with agent banks, brokers, and counterparties via telephone and email throughout Japan market hours .
• Perform pre-matching and fail trade management in accordance with strict market cut-off times .
• Prepare operational reports and perform break investigation and resolution .
• Collaborate with Trading Desks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth post-trade processing.

Requirements

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills .
