Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Securities Settlement professional who can apply communication and problem-solving skills to become a market expert in post-trade processing.

You will work with Trading Desks, agent banks, brokers, and counterparties during Japan market hours to ensure timely settlement, pre-matching, and risk controls.

This role is outsourced in partnership with e2i, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and strict cut-off times in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on risk control and operational accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferably 1–2 years of stock loan or related finance experience.
• Good understanding of equities markets and securities products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely transaction settlement and delivery while maintaining operational controls to mitigate risks.
• Conduct high-volume daily communication with agent banks, brokers, and counterparties via telephone and email during Japan market hours.
• Perform pre-matching and fail trade management in accordance with strict market cut-off times.
• Prepare operational reports and perform break investigations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Trading Desks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth post-trade processing.
