Skillsforce Management Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong operations experience to join our client’s team in Singapore. The role focuses on smooth post-trade processing, risk mitigation, and collaboration with trading desks and market participants.

You will handle trade settlements, pre-matching, and break resolution during market cutoffs, with 1–2 years in securities settlements.

Formación

• Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Operations experience in fast paced, deadline driven environments.
• Settlements experience preferred—knowledge of equities markets and settlement processes.
• Strong client service skills with a focus on risk control.
• 1–2 years of securities settlements or related finance experience.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• This is a 6 months renewable contract role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of securities transactions.

• Liaise extensively with agent banks, brokers, and counterparties during Japan market hours.
• Handle trade settlements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and team oriented individual with:

• Degree in the relevant discipline
• Operations experience – ability to thrive in fast paced, deadline driven environments.
• Settlements experience (preferred) – knowledge of equities markets and settlement processes.
• Strong client service skills and a focus on risk control.
• 1–2 years of experience in securities settlements and operational participation or related finance roles experience
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• This is a 6 months renewable contract role
