Job summary

Moomoo is expanding its Securities Operations leadership in Singapore, overseeing trade settlements, asset servicing, and operational governance. The role ensures accurate processing across asset classes, effective escalation handling, and strong stakeholder management with custodians and brokers.

You will also drive transformation efforts, including automation and risk controls, to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence for a fast-growing digital brokerage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in securities operations, trade settlements, or financial operations.
• Experience across equity, fixed income, and/or derivatives asset classes.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement cycles (T+1, T+2), clearing processes, and market infrastructure.
• Expertise in Asset Servicing: corporate actions processing, asset transfers, income collection.
• Strong understanding of MAS guidelines, SGX rules and local regulations.
• Experience managing relationships with custodians, brokers, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee end-to-end settlement and processing across asset classes to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Govern escalations for complex settlement failures and catastrophic discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with brokers, custodians, and counterparties to drive improvements.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades and positions across systems and custodians.
• Lead governance structures for unresolved items and risk visibility.
• Drive transformation initiatives including AI, RPA, and automation in ops.
