Job summary

Moomoo Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for Securities Operations in Singapore.

This role oversees end-to-end trade settlement across asset classes, ensuring accuracy and risk controls while coordinating with brokers, custodians, and market infrastructure. The candidate will lead asset servicing, corporate actions processing, and entitlement reconciliation, maintaining robust documentation, controls, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive securities operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement cycles, and market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trade settlement across asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds) with emphasis on timeliness and risk controls.
• Lead asset servicing activities including corporate actions and entitlement reconciliations; manage exceptions with custodians and fund accountants.
• Own documentation, reporting, and compliance; ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements; support audits and remediation.
• Drive system and process improvements; manage product launches, system migrations, and automation initiatives (AI/RPA) to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with brokers, custodians, and service providers; escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
