Job summary

Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee securities operations, settlement, and asset servicing.

You will lead governance, reconciliation, and process improvements across multiple asset classes in a fast-growing wealth-tech environment. The role requires 5+ years in securities operations, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering risk-controlled processing and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in securities operations or financial operations.
• Experience across equities, fixed income and derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trade settlement process across asset classes.
• Lead governance and risk controls for settlements.
• Manage relationships with brokers, custodians, and clearing houses.
• Reconcile trades and positions with internal systems and custodians.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
