PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a Loans Executive at DBS Asia Gateway, Jurong East. This 12-month contract centers on redemption processing and system updates for Secured Loans, with daily tasks and team collaborations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Finance, a keen interest in banking operations, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

Create redemption records and update systems for Secured Loans.
Process redemption of Secured Loans.
Prepare instructions, payments, statements & notification letters to customers/law firm.
Perform completeness checks on transactions & documents.
Perform system report checks daily, weekly and monthly.
Handle filing of source reports and media and arrange for archival.
Handle customer/lawyer inquiries.
Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by Team Manager.
Ensure requests are processed within service standards with high quality.
Highlight discrepancies to the Team Manager/Supervisor.
Support the Team Manager/Supervisor for smooth operation of the team.
Assist in workflow improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
