Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer for a 1 year contract. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, securing software delivery in air-gapped environments, and managing release processes across Development, Staging and Production.

You will also automate infrastructure and oversee tests, deployments, and orchestration. The ideal candidate has strong Docker/Kubernetes experience, GitLab CI/CD mastery, Linux/Bash skills, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience in air-gapped or secure environments.
• Strong Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD and YAML pipeline skills.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, orchestration and artifact registries (Nexus, Harbor).
• QA experience with manual and automated testing for devices and software.
• Proficient in Linux and Bash scripting for automation.
• Good problem solving, analytical thinking and communication.
• Able to work in fast-paced, agile, quality- and security-focused teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Development, Staging, and Production.
• Ensure secure software delivery in air-gapped or restricted environments.
• Manage release processes, version tagging, deployment approvals, and artifact registries.
• Use deployment orchestration tools to streamline application rollout.
• Develop infrastructure automation blueprints/templates for standardization.
• Implement rollback and version control for infra and load balancers.
• Develop and execute automated and manual tests for products and configurations.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and coverage.
• Conduct end-to-end system testing including load testing.
