Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize secure deployment pipelines and infrastructure. You will collaborate across DevOps to ensure fast, reliable software delivery with strong security integration throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.

The role emphasizes IaC, cloud platforms (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tooling to improve platform reliability and deployment velocity. This is a 1-year contract in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong DevOps and cloud knowledge, AWS preferred.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficient IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt/Ansible.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Linux and Windows system administration.
• Experience with JBoss/Apache servers.
• RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• AWS and VMware virtualization familiarity.
• Networking fundamentals for cloud/on‑prem.
• Programming/scripting in Bash or Python.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace.
• Analytical troubleshooting across infra, networks, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to IaC initiatives for provisioning infrastructure.
• Ensure observability via metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Support platform reliability and automated testing.
• Drive DevSecOps integration in pipelines.
• Develop automation scripts for deployments.
• Manage cloud environments and deployment pipelines.
• Provision compute, containers, and related resources.
• Promote CI/CD best practices.
