Job summary

The Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Executive to support community engagement initiatives for the Community Care sector. You will assist in planning, coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving sector events and awards platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating awards and recognition programmes, including nomination administration and evaluation processes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in handling nomination records and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent timelines and deliverables.
• Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person award ceremonies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Community Care sector events and awards platforms.
• Coordinate procurement processes, timelines, budgets and delivery plans for events.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure successful events.
• Maintain and update the events calendar and reflect information across communications touchpoints.
• Prepare event-related reports, post-event reviews and management updates with outcomes and recommendations.
