Qualifications

• Experience in project/programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, consulting or communications.
• Exposure to digital transformation or related areas.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Experience with go-to-market or adoption strategies is a plus.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of digital transformation programmes and workplans across the social service sector.
• Prepare presentations, briefs and communications materials for senior management and sector stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials and minutes for executive meetings.
• Support development of go-to-market and adoption strategies for sector digital initiatives.
• Assist in organising sector engagements, workshops, show cases and events with partners.
• Gather sector feedback to surface adoption barriers and opportunities.
• Support governance and management forums through coordination, reporting and follow-through.
• Build and maintain relationships to facilitate collaboration and adoption of digital initiatives.
