Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication and ability to prepare management materials.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and partners.
• Interest in technology and digital transformation; technical depth not required.
• Experience in social services, public or community sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of digital transformation programmes and stakeholder engagements across the sector.
• Prepare presentations, briefs and communication materials for senior management and sector stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials and minutes for executive meetings.
• Support go-to-market and adoption strategies for sector digital initiatives with communications and programme teams.
• Assist in organising sector engagements, workshops, show cases and events with SSAs, technology partners and other stakeholders.
• Gather sector feedback to surface adoption barriers and opportunities for digital initiatives.
• Support governance and management forums through coordination, reporting and follow-through.
• Build relationships across the sector to foster collaboration and adoption of digital initiatives.
