Job summary

Section Head – Protection Systems (High Voltage & Medium Voltage) at Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to oversee HV/MV protection projects across our islandwide operations. You will manage contracts, budgets, and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires coordinating with clients, OEMs, and system integrators through FAT, SAT, testing, and commissioning, plus risk management and documentation for invoicing and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HV/MV protection projects from award through handover and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs and system integrators during FAT/SAT, protection testing, relay configuration, commissioning and integration.
• Manage project execution plans, milestone schedules and short-interval look-ahead plans.
• Track costs against budgets and support cost-to-complete forecasting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
