Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems to lead HV/MV infrastructure projects from award to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role coordinates sales handover, engineering, procurement, installation and testing, manages risks, and reports progress to clients and internal stakeholders, with a focus on regulatory compliance and site safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, project management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with 22kV/6.6kV MV and 66kV/230kV/400kV HV equipment.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HV/MV projects from award through closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants and OEMs.
• Prepare execution plans, schedules, and look-ahead plans; track progress across engineering, procurement, delivery, installation and testing.
• Monitor budgets, variations, and cash flow; escalate risks affecting margins and payments.
• Lead client meetings, report progress, and manage expectations; support contract clarifications and dispute resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore safety regulations and project quality standards throughout execution.
• Coordinate handover, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and closeout documentation.
