Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES is seeking a leadership-focused professional to oversee high voltage and medium voltage protection systems projects in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from contract award through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and client specifications are met.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a minimum of 8 years in project delivery, including 3 years leading teams, with direct exposure to protection & control systems, relays, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in project delivery, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Direct exposure to Protection & Control systems, relays, commissioning is a must.
• Experience as supervisor at live substations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects within the section.
• Manage resource allocation, project planning and scheduling, cost control, and revenue recognition to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strengthen the technical competency of the team in troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
• Oversee and supervise project teams in site activities.
