Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES is seeking a leadership-focused professional to oversee high voltage and medium voltage protection systems projects in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from contract award through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and client specifications are met.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of all high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV)protection systems projects, including integration with substation automation systems (SAS), SCADA, and control systems in Singapore, from contract award through commissioning, handover, and closeout.

This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards, and meeting all client specifications, andleads and coordinates cross-functional teams involved in sales handover, engineering, procurement, configuration, installation, testing, and commissioning of protection and control systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects within the section.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in project delivery, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Direct exposure to Protection & Control systems, relays, commissioning is a must. Experience as asupervisor at live substations is preferred.
• Technical: Familiar with protection and control scheme requirement, secondary injection testing, and commissioning workflows.
• Commercial: Hands-on with project costing, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
• Leadership: Proven ability to coach, set standards, and raise technical bar of a team.
