Job summary

INTERPOL in Singapore seeks a Secondment - Coordinator Cyber Strategy within the Cybercrime Directorate. The role coordinates cyber strategy, outreach and partnerships, reporting to the Head of Cyber Strategy & Capabilities Development.

The role oversees global conferences and events, partnership development with external entities, and KPI alignment with the organization’s strategy. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in cybercrime investigations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; higher degrees are desired.
• At least 5 years of experience in investigating cybercrime or cyber-enabled crime areas.
• Experience in international co-operation / law enforcement operations / investigations.
• Experience in development, delivery and management of projects focused on organizational strategic and policy changes.
• Staff supervision experience is desirable.
• Experience in establishing external outreach and partnerships is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of ICT systems/digital forensics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities relating to cyber strategy, outreach and partnerships within the Cybercrime Directorate.
• Establish partnerships with external entities, such as private sector, academia and other organizations on data sharing and training.
• Design and organise global conferences and events related to the Directorate’s initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, KPI tracking and alignment with global strategy.
• Prepare and deliver high-level briefings, reports, and presentations for senior management and meetings.
• Represent INTERPOL in internal and external engagements when required.
• Identify staff development needs and contribute to capacity building.
