Job summary

PT WAN Solutions seeks a senior leader for National Cyber Incident Response to guide incident detection, assessment, and response across critical sectors. You will set strategic direction and represent Singapore in local and global cyber engagements.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, coordinating communications during major incidents, and driving improvements in processes, tools and collaboration with CERTs, SOCs, and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of IT infrastructure or cybersecurity experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in incident response (SOC/CIRT/CSIRT/CERT).
• Experience with incident handling end-to-end and forensics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
• Engage stakeholders across industries during incident handling and remediation.
• Shape and coordinate public and crisis communications during major cyber incidents.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Represent Singapore in regional and international cybersecurity forums and working groups.
