Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks an experienced professional to lead international relations and engage with global partners on cybersecurity issues affecting Singapore.

As Manager or Senior Manager, you will recommend CSA positions, forge partnerships, and implement CSA's international engagement strategy, including overseas travel and collaboration with stakeholders to strengthen Singapore's cyber posture.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant tertiary qualifications.
• 3–5 years (Manager) or 6+ years (Senior Manager) of relevant experience.
• International relations experience is a plus.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Team player with independent thinking and strategic mindset.
• Interest in fast-paced cybersecurity issues and socio-political dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSA's international relations and engage with international parties and internal stakeholders.
