Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a liaison to manage engagements with government agencies, commercial vendors, and local stakeholders to exchange cyber threat intelligence. You will coordinate intelligence requests and ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidate has IT/cyber security education, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to build relationships across government and industry. Applicants with no experience may apply; appointment commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence or cyber operations is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across government agencies, industry partners and cybersecurity community.
• Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Identify intelligence partnerships with government agencies, vendors, and local stakeholders to expand capabilities.
• Manage forward-deployed cyber analysts, including requests for actionable intelligence and ad hoc requests.
• Monitor and track quality of information requests, and provide updates on sources and gaps.
• Facilitate timely exchange of cyber threat intelligence to support decision-making.
