Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in business development, sales, commercial leadership, or key account management in healthcare or related services.
• Track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts in pharma/healthcare sectors.
• Established senior client network across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and solutions; translate client needs into viable proposals.
• Experience leading BD, account management, or client services teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business development across SEA, securing new clients and expanding existing accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Lead strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities across markets, therapy areas, brands, and service offerings.
• Build and strengthen senior client relationships to develop new opportunities and grow accounts.
• Lead and coach BD and account teams to deliver consultative sales and high-quality client service.
• Collaborate with SEA country leaders to align account strategies and ensure consistent client engagement.
• Develop integrated medical communications and marketing solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead RFI/RFP, proposal, and pitch processes, including solution development, budgeting, negotiations, and profitability.
• Support commercial agreements such as MSAs and preferred supplier arrangements with key clients.
• Share market intelligence and best practices to strengthen win rates and commercial capabilities.
• Contribute to regional leadership and commercial strategy, enhancing visibility of products and services.
