Job summary

Candidates with experience in consumer electronics or home appliances and proven sell-out growth will be favored.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in channel development and offline sales.
• Experience with distributors, retailers and dealers.
• Experience in at least one SEA market.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out performance and revenue growth in offline channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and key accounts.
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners.
• Monitor sell-out data, targets, inventory, and retail performance.
• Plan and execute channel development initiatives and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with distributors to strengthen store execution and sales.
• Analyze market trends and channel opportunities to support growth.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams on channel plans.
