Easy Speed International Logistics Inc is seeking a seasoned Sea Freight Product Leader to drive planning, development, operation and optimization of the forwarder's sea freight product line. You will focus on market demand, profitability and growth, building competitive sea freight products and promoting the company’s market influence.

You will lead strategy, pricing, carrier contracting, and cross-functional execution while ensuring compliance and high performance across routes and services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics/International Trade/Business Administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ sea freight product development experience in forwarder industry, with 2+ years of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the overall strategy and product roadmap for sea logistics products (FCL/LCL, reefer, OOG, flat rack, multimodal options) to meet market needs.
• Lead market research on maritime trade trends, trade lanes, pricing strategies and service standards to support strategy.
• Define product specifications, pricing systems and profitability targets for core routes and products.
• Collaborate with carrier procurement to secure long-term contracts and favorable rates; optimize space and costs.
• Create sales tools and train the sales team; support key accounts, tenders, and RFQ responses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to standardize SOPs, booking, customs clearance, and exception handling; ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor lifecycle performance with dashboards and regular reviews; adjust pricing and product mixes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping rules, local regulations, and company policies.
